2014 was a game-changer for us, but it's a new year, and we're ready to hit y'all with even more heat! This Saturday, January 10th, we're starting 2015 with another enormous Double Cross. In fact, the lineup is so big, we decided to move the party to a larger and louder location: The Lash Pop-Up at 1714 Las Palmas Ave in Hollywood!
DJ Fire is making his way from New Jersey for his first L.A. show. The Jersey Club producer/DJ has been killing the scene for the past 2 years. Recently, Fire collaborated with Dougie F to drop a monster track through Mad Decent entitled "Back Up On It." This could be the most successful jersey club record to date, with plays on BET, major radio stations, and nearly a million hits on Soundcloud. Look out for a sweat inducing array of club music.
Jai Wolf is the New York, Future Bass prodigy everyone has their eyes on, and we are very proud to have him for his L.A. debut! Last year, this kid dropped a grip of #1 ranked Hype Machine tracks, gaining over 300k Soundcloud plays per track in the process. Jai Wolf's "Ease My Mind" remix even caught Skrillex's attention, leading to its inclusion on the official remix EP. With co-signs from some of the biggest electronic acts, expect a massive show when Jai Wolf hits the decks.
Royal, the versatile producer out of Washington DC, also makes his first L.A. appearance. On top of the stellar remixes, Royal recently dropped one of the most infectious Hip Hop tracks of 2014 with his 1st original single "Round Two." Maintaining a strong hip hop influence and a solid backbone in emerging bass, Royal is crafting a unique sound that will define a new genre.
Dolphin Tears emerges from the depths of Altantis for an exceptionally rare L.A. debut. Not much is known about this emotional mammal, besides the string of banging Jersey Club influenced hits on Soundcloud. High energy, R&B samples, and plenty of bed squeaks will be imminent.
And of course, The 3 Musketeers of Double Cross, Goj!ra, Fernet and COVNTRY CLVB, return to drop non stop hits in the 2nd room.
With the move to the new location, we will be strictly enforcing RSVPs for entry. But don't worry, It's still FREE ENTRY with RSVP before 11pm. Just make sure to RSVP! Otherwise, you're gonna pay more.
Lastly, this event consistently hits capacity by 10:30pm, so please arrive early to avoid long lines.
