B&L Trap Throwback (5/11/19)

One thing to know is that we love trap music. Electronic trap music, hip hop trap music, and everything in between. The two worlds really started to fuse in 2011 and by 2012 it was a full fledged movement. That era of music was a defining time for modern music as a whole and it also was roughly when we started to throw B&L parties.

For the longest time, we've wanted to throw a party that was dedicated to the 2011-2013 era of trap music and now, we're actually doing it. On May 11th, 2019, we're officially bringing back trap icons, OGs, and some of our favorite producers for an unforgettable night. We're also bringing the party to a new location for us, the legendary Glass House in Pomona.

You know we had to stack this lineup with heavy hitters. Headlining is a legend. There was a viral song that dropped out in 2012 that not only catapulted this artist's career but it also provided a center stage for trap electronic scene to be introduced to the masses. Next we have the person responsible for the biggest and most important remix in the trap movement, it's going to be a lesson in trap history with this artist. We also have two of trap's most celebrated groups coming together for a very rare B2B set. We also have two of the most celebrated ATL producers/DJs coming out to represent the origins of the genre. All in all, the lineup is pretty ridiculous. Everyone will be dropping classic sets and it's going to be GLORIOUS.
