So what if Mac Miller now holds the record for the most first weeks sales by an independent musician. So what if his all music videos have over 10 million views. So what if he has nearly 2 million Twitter followers. What's most important is that his music is solid. Since KIDS was released over a year ago, Mac's music has had a progressive path more towards appealing the masses. And I don't knock him for this path, but I would say it's always best to stick to your roots. Macadelic is Mac Miller's newest mixtape and it represents a return to form. Most of this project closely resembles some of the early music that fans clamored over. There is a varied list of producers such as Cardo, Lex Luger, and ID Labs among others. Star studded array of guests show up too including appearances from Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lamar, Sir Michael Rocks, Juicy J, and Cam'Rom.
