When did Ab-Soul become this good? Since the start of 2012, the least recognized member of Black Hippy has exploded in the hip hop scene with one hit after another. There seems to be no slowing down as Ab-Soul enlists TDE general Kendrick Lamar for the newest track from his upcoming album Control System, "ILLuminate." I must say, this is a quality song right here, from the subject matter, to the lyrics, to the hook, and the beat. It feels like the same transformation that we witnessed with ScHoolboy Q prior to the release of Habits & Contradictions. Make sure you check this out keep your ears peeled for May 11.
