After striking it big with Kris Kross in the 90s, Jermaine Dupri reclaimed a huge portion of the lime light by discovering Lil Bow Wow and funding the start of Usher's career. So with all that money, The Altanta producer/executive decided it was time for him to make bangers. The most notable hit had to have been the Nate Dogg assisted summer track, "Ballin' Outta Control." If Robin Leech's guest appearance isn't enough, the excessive spending throughout this video should give you an indication why JD no longer has a place in Hip Hop.
