Goldenvoice presents the S.S.Coachella - Music Festival at Sea

I actually let out a sound that has not yet been heard by humans when I read about this. Coachella is heading out to sea !

Coachella announced the S.S. Coachella today, which will take place in December, with two trips through the Bahamas and Jamaica! Great music at a location on can only dream of? SOLD. The line-up so far includes Pulp, Hot Chip, Girl Talk, Yeasayer, Sleigh Bells, James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem and various other bands.

How can I get my grubby hands on some tickets to this epic event? Rob a bank apparently, or at least a convenience store. The cruise ships will be able to hold 2,800 fans and tickets run from $500 to $9,000 a pop. With prices like that it's sure to be a star studded event. Frequent Coachella attendees Vanessa Hudgens and Emily Osment are bound to make an appearance.

I've volunteered at Goldenvoice events before so I'm keeping my fingers crossed, though it is highly unlikely. A girl can dream.
