Double Cross, the infamously cutting edge dance party, returns for its fourth installment at The Lash in Downtown, Los Angeles. Following the immense success of the Brokechella Arts and Music Festival, Brownies and Lemonade aims to continue bringing unique live shows and nightlife experiences to the Los Angeles area. With the Double Cross series, Brownies and Lemonade is proud to bring trendsetting and forward-thinking producers/DJs together for a unique underground experience. Double Cross once again unwraps the newest trends and movements in the electronic dance scene with a diverse lineup of artists from across the country. The event features four emerging artists, special guests, two dance floors, two full bars, and costs zero dollars for entry.
For the fourth edition of Double Cross, we are thrilled to have some of the brightest emerging producers in the game. Promnite, the mysterious Los Angeles-based producer, has taken the web by storm with his hypnotic remixes and renditions of R&B and Hip Hop throwback hits. Promnite consistently finds a way to breath sexually-charged, yet dance floor-ready, life into anything he touches, from T-Pain, to R. Kelly, to Denzel Curry. Zooly, another Los Angeles-based producer, is known for his commanding thumbprint on some of the biggest twerk and trap anthems. Zooly is affiliated with not only co-signees to TrapDoor Records (among them Party Favor), but also with many other notable festival DJs. Taste Tester hails all the way from Atlanta, Georgia. The Tomahawk Chop producer is well documented for his unique ability to blend Southern Hip Hop influences with aspects of Juke, Jersey Club, Trap, and Hardstyle. Taste Tester has released music with Activia Benz Records. Lastly, Covntry Clvb is the newly formed DJ group from B&L. Shrouded in mystery, Covntry Clvb aims to combine all forms of emerging dance music into a cohesive and exclusive experience.
