Cartel Presents: No Budget Film Festival

Filmmaker + Camera + No Money = No Budget Film Festival. On August 25th, our friends over at Cartel: Collaborative Arts LA are holding the second annual No Budget Film Festival. The films entered in this festival were made with...you guessed it....No Budget! This is a very fresh and creative direction for a film festival, so it will be interesting to see how the filmmakers have responded.15 finalists were picked out of a total of 50 submissions. There will be an all star panel (Emmy Award Winners, film writers, and MORE) which can be found here. Be sure to experience this unique event and gain some much needed recession born culture.
