Get ya towels ready, because it's about to burn like a badass perm. Saturday August 30th, Camp Trill: Season Finale at Lock & Key is about to let loose enough summer vibes to melt the polar ice caps. The summer turn up is finally here one last time with Soulection, NuSoul Magazine, and Ill Societybringing an afternoon that you won't forget; from Ramen Burgers to water guns, we got it all and we're inviting you to come share it with the family. And, as always, we have some of the hottest DJs curating this summer's extravaganza:
First up on the bill, we are beyond excited to have the genre bending sensation, starRo. The Soulection DJ and Producer has put together mesmerizing tracks that blend soulful emotion with unique electronic flair. The Japanese native recently had the opportunity to play alongside Flume and will soon embark on a nationwide tour with Chet Faker. With support from the likes of Red Bull Music, Earmilk, and Windish, this will be surely a performance not to be missed.
Next up we have Austin Millz. The New York based DJ has been on a production tear as of late. From future bass to gritty trap to seductive R&B, Austin Millz has something to offer everyone. Expect a non stop array of dance floor hits from this rare LA performance.
Additionally, we have the multi-talented and always on point Marvel Alexander. The Modern Outfit musician has had success early in his career producing an array of bangers including A$AP Ferg's "Shabba." But now, Marvel is carving his own lane as an emcee with a knack for infusing Baile Funk, trap, hip hop, and electronic all into a cohesive package.
And, rounding up the line-up, we have Camp Trill veteranAndre Power, fresh off his first European tour, and Quinn Kyle, the Shifty Rhythms producer making noise on the blogosphere and the streets.
